Tee Times
No Show and Cancellation Policy
Effective 2023 a valid credit card will be needed to book tee times at all CCT Golf Courses. You will only need to do this for your first booking and save your card info to your profile for subsequent bookings. To avoid any no-show fees, please edit or cancel your tee time online or by contacting the golf shop 24 hours in advance.
RAIN CHECK POLICY
A Rain Check will be issued for holes not completed due to inclement weather and / or the Golf Course becoming unplayable due to inclement weather. A Prorated Rain Check will be issued in the form of a monetary amount based on the green fee amount paid by the player and the number of holes completed prior to interruption. A monetary value will be given to the Player to be used towards your next round. A Rain Check will be issued as long as the Player presents the original receipt in the Golf Shop the day of play. All Rain Checks are valid for the Season in the Year it was issued, they do expire. Rain Checks may only be redeemed at the issuing course.
NO SHOWS:
A no show is defined as:
no showing completely for a tee time or fewer golfers showing than were booked
No-Show Fees:
For each no-show player a no-show fee of $25 will be charged to the credit card used to confirm the booking.
(The booker is completely responsible for the tee time booked)
Repeated no-shows will have their booking privileges suspended.
