No Show Policy
- First no show of more than 1 player for a group booking. You will receive an email the following day acknowledging the no show asking in the future if possible, to please let us know in the event you can not make your tee time.
- Second no show from same group or players: Email again stressing to please let us know by cancelling as soon as possible in the event you can not make your tee time and a 3rd failure to do so will result in loss of booking privileges.
- Third no show. Email following day: stating that booking privileges have been suspended until a discussion with the course in questions head professional happens at which time, he will make a decision on whether to re-instate booking privileges.
