TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING
CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT TIME
- Guests must check in upon arrival, check in time is after 2pm.
- Check out time is 11am.
- Late check outs may be requested until no later than 2pm and are subject to availability. After 2pm, you will be charged for an additional night.
- Re-register before 10am to extend a reservation. If the site is booked, we will try to accommodate your request into another available site.
REFUND POLICY
Full payment is required at the time of booking. For all reservations, a 90% refund will be given if cancellation notice is received 30 days or more in advance of the booking date. A 75% refund will be given if cancellation notice is received within 10-29 days of the booking date. No refund will be given if cancellation notice is received under 10 days of the booking date. There are no refunds for an early departure.
SITE RESPONSIBILITIES
Each site must be occupied by at least one person 18 years of age or older.
- Registered campers are responsible for the conduct of themselves, their children and their guests while on park property.
- Quiet time is from 10:30pm to 8am.
- No visitors allowed in the park after 10:30pm.
- No fireworks permitted at any time.
- No firearms (including pellet and BB guns).
- Drones are not permitted in the park to respect other guest’s privacy.
- Fires are only allowed in designated pits.
- Ground mats, tents, and other structures are not permitted on grass.
- No ropes/clothes lines are permitted on trees.
- Alcoholic beverages and cannabis products must be kept within the boundaries of your site, no open beverages or cannabis products are permitted in common areas including buildings and roadways.
- Activities and music during the day must not interfere with other campers.
- ATVs and motorcycles are not allowed to be ridden through the park.
- Garbage must be bagged and placed in the park dumpsters; recycling must be placed in park recycling receptacles.
- Sites must be clean before check-out, or a clean-up fee will be charged.
- Do not mark or deface any picnic tables, buildings, or other property. Any intentional damage will result in legal prosecution and financial penalties assessed to you.
- Do not pick or damage trees or wildflowers.
- Do not place BBQ equipment directly on picnic tables, as it may burn the tabletop.
- Smoking is forbidden in park buildings and must be done 9 meters or more from any public area.
- Do not disturb golfers and practice good etiquette while in close proximity to the golf course facilities.
PETS
- Dogs must be leashed, well behaved, and immediately cleaned up after.
- Do not leave dogs unattended at your site.
- Dogs are not allowed in buildings, please notify upon arrival if you have a guide dog.
Violations of these regulations will result in the camper(s) being required to leave the park. Park security will enforce the rules and has the right to evict anyone breaking the rules at any time without refund. Goose Hummock RV Resort is not responsible for any theft, damage to or loss of property nor liable for personal injury or fatality resulting from natural and man-made occurrences including but not limited to fire, vandalism and theft; stray golf balls; weather conditions including lightning, wind, hail, and other weather-related events; falling trees, branches and other objects; collisions with trees.
